“Your personal service Rose and Stanley (employee) is wonderful to see. God Bless you both for all the good work that you do.”

Theresa Gagnon
St. Albert

All staff are experienced, trained, supervised, and maintain annual licensing and / or certifications as required. In addition, we provide regular training classes to ensure that our staff are always building upon their knowledge and skills.
Staff are carefully and thoughtfully matched to clients to optimize the quality of care.

Staff Insurance means Patient Assurance
Our staff are insured by Professional Liability, General Liability, Bonding and Workers Compensation. They also are required to have negative criminal record checks, CPR, Tuberculin testing, hepatitis vaccinations, influenza vaccinations and sufficiently trained to work alone with seriously ill patients.

Our company requires for pre-employment: character, integrity, and expertise background investigations on every potential employee. In short, we use the very highest standards when screening and selecting employees.

All staff adhere to CareGivers' Strict Code of Ethics and Conduct. Identification badges bearing the company name and staff member’s name are worn by each staff member for security purposes.

Because our staff are employees, CareGivers is responsible for withholding and reporting all appropriate taxes, Canada pension and Employment insurance benefits for them. They also acquire vacation pay per the Alberta Labor Laws and Standards. Consequently, our clients are free of these worries, responsibilities and liabilities and are able to concentrate on their recoveries.
